*Please review the rules and regulations document to make sure your unit is in compliance by selecting the 'Document Center' tab followed by 'DG Rules and Regulations' from the drop down menu.

Parking:  Policy document available under the 'Document Center' tab.  Residents should park in assigned space.  Visitors can park in unmarked spaces or on 15th Street.  Be sure not to leave valuables inside vehicle to avoid possible break-in.  Renters needing a parking permit or a parking spot assignment should first contact their landlord.  Unit owners can contact Birdseye through the 'Contact Us' tab on the website.

Pet Waste:  Policy document available under the 'Document Center' tab.  It is a Violation of the City of Charlotte Pet Ordinance to not pick up pet waste.  Violators should also recognize that it is also extremely discourteous to their neighbors.  Please dispose of the waste in the trash receptacles in the corral. 

Smoking:  Is prohibited in the building hallways.  Please do not dispose of cigarettes on the Duncan Gardens grounds.

Trash:  Should be placed inside and not outside the trash dumpster.  Christmas trees should be placed along 15th Street during the holiday season for pick-up.  Recyclables should be placed in the appropriate can.

Building Codes:  Renters needing their building code should first contact their landlord.  Unit owners can contact Birdseye through the 'Contact Us' tab on the website.  Under no circumstances shall any owner or resident distribute the code to the condominium buildings to any non-residents.

Insurance:  It is vital for unit owners and renters to carry the necessary insurance to protect themselves from unforeseeable problems.

Unit Vacancy:  Owners should be reminded to not turn off their heat during the colder months when a unit is vacant to avoid water pipes freezing and bursting.  Dripping faucets periodically is highly recommended.

Satellite Dishes:  Are not to be installed on the exterior of the buildings without the written approval from the board.
